Book Appointment

Appointments for registered clients can be booked by calling clinic reception at 416-593-7655 ext 7. All clients are reminded at the time of booking appointments to provide 24 hours’ notice when cancelling appointments. If you already have your first appointment, you can save time and fill out your registration form ahead of time. Please download our registration form HERE.

After Hours

Clients wishing to speak to a physician after hours may leave a message with the centre’s phone service and the on-call physician will return the call as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency, clients should report to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Test Results

Test results are generally not given over the phone. Clients are encouraged to make an appointment with their provider to privately discuss test results or review the information located in their medical records.
